What is the Bolsita returns policy?
Return any unused purchase within 14 days and receive a full refund for the item (or you can exchange if you prefer). This excludes return postage. Please contact us if you need to return an item.
In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with your item, please contact us to arrange to return it for a full refund.
What is the postage rate?
We keep it simple. We charge a flat rate per item to cover packaging and postage.
What are the opening hours of the shop?
Currently, we are open Tuesdays – Saturdays 10am – 5pm. If you are making a special journey, you may wish to contact us to check we are open!
